Description:

  • Seeking a Database Site Reliability Engineer with strong PostgreSQL management skills.
  • Responsible for the reliability and operability of PostgreSQL services for a 24x7 SaaS platform, focusing on availability, performance, observability, incident response, and automation.

Requirements:

  • BS degree in Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • 7-10+ years of experience in Database Engineering, Systems Engineering, DevOps, or SRE.
  • Experience with cloud-based solutions (Azure & Kubernetes preferred) and operating PostgreSQL in a Linux environment.
  • Proficiency with observability/monitoring platforms (e.g., Prometheus/Grafana, Datadog).
  • Experience in Agile/DevOps environments and ITSM practices.
