Description:

Fully remote position in the LATAM timezone for an SRE / Network Engineer specializing in Metal-as-a-Service (MAAS) and bare-metal automation.
Work with a European deep-tech company focused on decentralized, energy-efficient cloud solutions.

Requirements:

Expert-level Linux administration (preferably Debian/Ubuntu).
Strong experience with MAAS / Ironic / bare-metal automation.
Excellent networking fundamentals: VLANs, routing, VPNs.
Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (Ansible), scripting (Bash/Python), and GitOps.
Experience with monitoring and logging tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/Graylog.
Familiarity with custom deployment automation (PXE, Preseed, MAAS/Ironic).
Proven experience with OpenStack, Proxmox, VMware, and container orchestration.
