Description:

  • Join Skylo as a Staff Network Reliability Engineer, RAN Operations, focusing on the RAN domain within the production NTN network.
  • Own the RF and RAN technical outcomes, diagnosing and resolving RAN-domain incidents and ensuring the health of Skylo's NTN vRAN.

Requirements:

  • 8–10+ years of experience in RAN engineering and operations, preferably with NTN or satellite RAN experience.
  • Deep expertise in 3GPP RAN standards, vRAN/ORAN architecture, and production RAN troubleshooting.
  • Strong skills in RF and timing domain knowledge, observability tools, packet capture analysis, and runbook authorship.
