Proven experience in managing live critical operations and leading teams.
Strong background in root cause analysis and corrective action tracking.
Ability to travel frequently (50%+) to various sites for incident management and operational improvements.
Experience in building assessment, audit, or training programs from scratch.
Bonus: Experience in hyperscale or large colocation environments, with exposure to hardware or network operations.
