Description:

  • Join Synthesia, a leading AI video platform, as a Senior Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) focused on operational excellence across Cloud Infrastructure.
  • Take ownership of incident management, automation, vendor relationships, and cost management to enhance system reliability and efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Strong production operations experience with AWS and Kubernetes; familiarity with MongoDB and Python scripting/automation.
  • An operations-and-reliability mindset with sound judgment on incidents and risk management.
  • Ability to influence through relationships and evidence, and comfortable owning a domain while collaborating across teams.
  • Bonus: Experience in vendor/cost management, Temporal, and observability tooling.
