Description:

Lead observability and monitoring operations integration and workflow support.
Manage events and incident support tied to monitoring platforms.
Provide visualization support, including dashboards and reporting.
Support OpenTelemetry implementation and automation solutions using Splunk SOAR/Ansible.

Requirements:

Minimum 6 years of experience in enterprise monitoring, observability, or APM engineering.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Hands-on experience with event-to-incident workflow design and ITSM tooling.
Working knowledge of OpenTelemetry instrumentation patterns.
Experience building dashboards for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Familiarity with automation frameworks like Splunk SOAR or Ansible.
