Description:

Seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to build and own the observability pipeline for Vultr's datacenter infrastructure.
Role involves designing and building observability pipelines, working with multiple internal teams, and establishing monitoring foundations for physical infrastructure.

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in site reliability, platform, or infrastructure engineering in a production environment.
Hands-on experience with observability pipelines using Grafana, Loki, Mimir, or similar tools.
Knowledge of datacenter hardware telemetry protocols (Redfish, IPMI, SNMP).
Strong Linux fundamentals and operational experience in production environments.
Experience with infrastructure-as-code and configuration management tools (Terraform, Ansible, Chef).
Strong cross-functional communication skills.
