Description:

  • Shape the digital direction for mission-driven organizations, partnering with influential nonprofits and associations.
  • Plan and run user research to inform strategies, translating findings into clear strategic direction for clients.

Requirements:

  • 7–10+ years of experience in UX research, digital strategy, or related fields; digital agency experience preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with user research methods (interviews, usability testing, surveys).
  • Strong understanding of UX design, information architecture, and product strategy.
  • Exceptional storytelling and communication skills, with the ability to synthesize research into actionable insights.

Benefits:

  • Salary range of $90,000–$120,000 per year, based on experience.
  • Flexible work schedule with remote work options and a supportive team environment.
  • 4 weeks of PTO to start, increasing to 5 weeks at year 3, plus 11 paid holidays.
