Requirements:

Proven record of managing a consulting P&L of at least $3 million with 30-50% annual growth.
Experience in developing and scaling consulting offerings and methodologies.
Deep understanding of law firm operations and data, KM, and AI transformation.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to build and inspire diverse teams.
Excellent communication skills to influence senior leadership.
Market-facing experience in legal technology, data, or innovation.
Familiarity with cloud, AI, and analytics ecosystems.
