Description:

  • Own end-to-end CIAM and workforce IAM integrations for enterprise and custom applications, focusing on Ping Identity, Okta, and DaVinci workflows.
  • Design, implement, and maintain customer and workforce authentication flows using SAML, OIDC/OAuth 2.0, and API-based integrations.
  • Build and operate DaVinci identity workflows for authentication, registration, MFA, and identity verification.
  • Lead application onboarding and migration into Azure Entra ID, ensuring compliance with IAM standards.
  • Engineer and enforce MFA and adaptive authentication policies across platforms.
  • Partner with teams to standardize authentication architectures and eliminate bespoke implementations.
  • Integrate CIAM platforms with identity lifecycle and governance systems.
  • Design support for non-human identity use cases, including service accounts and API clients.
  • Develop automation, telemetry, and reporting for IAM and CIAM operations.
  • Serve as a senior technical escalation point for complex IAM/CIAM incidents.
  • Contribute to IAM and CIAM governance, defining standards and patterns.
  • Participate in cross-functional initiatives for application modernization and identity service improvements.
  • Produce high-quality technical documentation and provide knowledge transfer.
  • Balance project delivery with operational support for IAM and CIAM services.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience with CIAM and IAM integrations, particularly with Ping Identity and Okta.
  • Proficiency in SAML, OIDC/OAuth 2.0, and API-based integrations.
  • Strong understanding of Azure Entra ID and enterprise IAM standards.
  • Experience in designing and implementing MFA and adaptive authentication policies.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and standardize authentication architectures.
  • Knowledge of identity lifecycle and governance systems integration.
  • Familiarity with automation and reporting tools for IAM operations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills for complex IAM/CIAM incidents.
  • Excellent documentation and communication skills.
