Description:

  • K2 is developing high-power satellites for various orbits, backed by significant funding and contracts.
  • Seeking a Senior Embedded Firmware Engineer to enhance low-level firmware for mixed-signal and digital SoCs, contributing to custom silicon validation and production readiness.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in embedded firmware development for SoCs or complex systems.
  • Proficiency in C/C++ and understanding of low-level hardware interactions.
  • Experience with SoC bring-up and board-level bring-up.
  • Knowledge of CPU architectures, memory systems, interrupts, DMA, and low-power states.
  • Ability to debug complex hardware/firmware issues.

Benefits:

  • Base salary range of $160,000 – $220,000 plus equity.
  • Comprehensive benefits package including medical/dental/vision coverage, paid time off, life insurance, and parental leave.
