Description:
- Join Circle's AI Core team to develop full-stack AI solutions using Ruby on Rails and React.
- Work on projects involving AI agents, Retrieval-Augmented Generation, and LLM infrastructure.
Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience as a full-stack engineer on high-traffic applications.
- Proficient in Ruby on Rails, MySQL/PostgreSQL, and ReactJS; experience with AI features in production.
- Strong experimentation mindset with experience in A/B testing and iterating on AI features.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and proficient in English (CEFR Level C2).
