Ability to write clean, testable code, conduct code reviews, and experience with automated backend testing.
Agile/Scrum experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and fluent in professional English.
Nice to have: experience in healthcare, deeper AWS knowledge, observability tools, Docker, and contract-first development.
