We are looking for a Senior Jira Expert - Software Integrator to join our team of Integrators Consultants in Cairo, Egypt.
The role involves working mainly in Enterprise Implementation Environments such as Banks, Telecom, Airlines, and Governments, with a primary focus on Atlassian and Jira related projects.
Responsibilities include implementing Jira Software, Confluence, Jira Service Management, and related Atlassian products for Infosysta Clients as complete solutions.
The candidate will configure and integrate Jira and related Atlassian products with Client systems.
Providing high-quality customer support on-site or remotely for Atlassian products is essential.
The role requires active collaboration with Developers and Technical Analysts to deliver final projects for Clients.
The candidate will be accountable for high quality of service and customer satisfaction.
Collecting functional and technical requirements from Clients and writing technical specifications documents is part of the job.
The candidate will install, configure, and run different tools integrated with Jira and Confluence.
Functional and technical administration of Jira and Confluence is required.
Managing log files, analyzing them, and performing summaries to extract relevant problems is expected.
The candidate will handle testing and validation as QA of Infosysta Products and Add-ons.
Writing summary reports and minutes of meetings with clear action plans is necessary.
The role may include undertaking any other duties that may be considered appropriate.
SQL debugging of databases such as Oracle, MSSQL, or MySQL is required.
Requirements:
A Bachelorโs degree in Software Engineering or Computer Science is required.
The candidate must have at least 2 years of relevant experience as a Java Developer and Implementer of enterprise systems.
Expertise in Jira administration and/or implementation is essential.
Business process engineering skills and expertise in designing ALM/SDLC/ITSM/BPM workflows are required.
Relevant technical skills include Active Directory, Linux, Web App, and DB Servers.
Proficiency in coding in Java, REST APIs, and Web Services is necessary.
Scripting skills (Shell, command line windows, etc.) are required.
The candidate must be flexible to work efficiently remotely or on client sites.
ITIL certification is a significant plus.
PMP certification is also a significant plus.
Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in English (both writing and verbal), are required.
The candidate should be self-organized with project management skills to work independently or within a team.
A customer-oriented mindset with a good understanding of milestones, deliverables, and SLAs is necessary.
Flexibility to adapt quickly to short and different projects is required.
The candidate should be motivated to integrate into a dynamic team.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies such as Kanban and Scrum is a significant plus.
Willingness to travel to GCC on a project basis is required.
