Description:

Lead a team of data engineers to design, build, and operate scalable data pipelines and platforms.
Translate strategic priorities into executable engineering roadmaps and ensure delivery of high-quality data solutions.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
8–12+ years of experience in data engineering or architecture, including 2+ years in a leadership role.
Advanced proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and ETL/ELT tools (e.g., Azure Data Factory, dbt).
Hands-on experience with cloud data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Azure, AWS) and familiarity with big data technologies.
Experience with healthcare data (PHI/PII) preferred.
