Description:

  • Element451 is seeking a Senior Platform Engineer to ensure the reliability, security, and operability of its AI-powered platform for colleges and universities.
  • The role involves hands-on operational management, CI/CD, security, infrastructure, and data reliability, partnering closely with the Director of Platform Engineering.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years in site reliability, operations, delivery, infrastructure, or platform engineering, with startup experience.
  • Strong foundation in SRE, CI/CD, security operations, AWS expertise, and operational experience with MongoDB Atlas.
  • Ability to produce audit evidence for compliance operations like SOC 2 Type II and FERPA.
