Remote Senior QA Automation Engineer

Description:

• Join GoCompare as a Senior QA Automation Engineer to evolve and execute the Test Strategy within a cross-functional engineering squad.
• Champion quality by creating robust automated test suites for the PCW platform and services, driving early conversations with Product Owners and developers.

Requirements:

• Solid experience in mobile QA and automation, specifically with iOS and Android using JavaScript/TypeScript tools (e.g., Appium, WebdriverIO).
• Proven ability in API, backend, and network testing, including writing SQL queries and using tools like Postman.
• Understanding of mobile CI/CD and DevOps, including experience with Git and Azure DevOps.
• Familiarity with asynchronous architecture and mobile state management.
• Strong track record in agile environments and shift-left practices.
• Expert in translating requirements into test conditions and scenarios.
• Excellent communication skills for guiding the squad on testing strategies.
• Problem-solving mindset with a focus on innovation and AI adoption in QA workflows.
