The Senior QA Engineer - AI will ensure the quality of AI products used by live traders, including a customer support chatbot and an API Copilot.
The role involves establishing quality metrics for probabilistic systems, building datasets, and managing release gates to prevent regressions.

Requirements:

Non-negotiable:
- Minimum 1 year of experience owning quality for AI products, including chatbots and agentic systems.
- Hands-on experience with evaluation harnesses for AI systems, using frameworks like DeepEval or Promptfoo.
Also required:
- 4-6 years of QA/SDET experience.
- Proficiency in Python for evaluation platform and tooling.
- Strong API testing experience and ability to analyze traces for root cause.
- Engineering skills to build tooling and automation.
- Clear written communication for documentation.
Bonus:
- Experience with trading or exchange platforms, especially in crypto derivatives.
