Description:

  • Join Alteva RCM to build a dedicated quality function for a high-impact operational technology team.
  • Define and implement QA processes for Salesforce-native tools, AI-assisted workflows, and backend services.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years in QA engineering with experience in manual and automated testing.
  • Proficiency in API testing (REST/SOAP), SQL, and Salesforce.
  • Strong background in building automation frameworks from scratch.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to document workflows clearly.
  • Familiarity with .NET environments and experience in healthcare RCM is a plus.
