Join PointClickCare as a Senior Research Data Engineer to support AI model systems on clinical and operational data.
Build and maintain the gold data layer for AI model development, ensuring data is clean, documented, and suitable for various AI applications.

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in production data systems, with at least 2 years supporting ML or AI workloads.
Proficiency in Python, SQL, and PySpark/Databricks; experience with data wrangling and AI-friendly data formats.
Strong understanding of AI concepts, data quality pipelines, and experience with regulated data handling (e.g., HIPAA).
Bachelor's degree in computer science, data science, engineering, or related field; equivalent experience considered.

Competitive salary range of CAD $162,900 - $176,700 plus bonus and benefits.
