Remote position available for candidates residing in Canada.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or related field.
2+ years of experience in data engineering and distributed systems.
Hands-on experience with cloud data stacks (AWS preferred) and Snowflake.
Proficient in Python and high-performance SQL for data transformations.
Experience with workflow orchestration tools like Airflow.
Familiarity with distributed processing technologies (Spark, Flink, Kafka).
Understanding of data modeling, ETL pipelines, and tools like dbt.
Knowledge of data governance tools and practices.
Experience with Iceberg, Debezium, or Infrastructure-as-Code tools like Terraform.
