Description:

Join Sonatype as a Staff Data Engineer to design and scale infrastructure and pipelines for analytics, machine learning, and business intelligence.
Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to ensure reliable, accessible, and actionable data.

Requirements:

8+ years of experience as a Data Engineer or in a similar backend engineering role.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
Proficient in Python, Scala, or Java; strong SQL and NoSQL skills.
Experience with Databricks, Spark, and building robust ETL/ELT pipelines.
Familiarity with AI/ML technologies and data modeling techniques.
