Description:

  • Senior Staff Data Engineer role focused on data infrastructure and analytics at Faire, a technology wholesale platform.
  • Responsible for leading architecture development, ensuring data integrity, security, performance, and reliability across multiple teams.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in designing and operating data systems (streaming, batch, ETL/ELT) at scale.
  • Proficient in SQL and Python; experience with Snowflake, Airflow, and Spark is valuable.
  • Strong understanding of data warehousing, performance trade-offs, and cost optimization.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills; bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience required.
