Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
9–12 years of professional software development experience.
Expert-level knowledge of software architecture and system design.
Proficiency in test automation using Microsoft stack (C# / .NET Core) and experience with Angular, React, or Node.js.
Proven experience with large-scale, cloud-based systems and writing test automation.
Strong database experience with SQL Server, Azure SQL, and Cosmos DB.
Extensive experience in architecting and scaling test automation frameworks.
Proven ability to lead performance and load testing initiatives.
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder influence skills.
Ability to travel <10% as needed and must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
