Requirements:

• Candidates must have 5+ years of experience in backend software development, focusing on AI.
• Experience in building internal or customer-facing products with large language models (LLMs) is required.
• Expertise in creating efficient, large-scale software systems is necessary.
• Candidates should be skilled in writing high-quality, maintainable code.
• Experience in designing and developing large-scale distributed systems with high concurrency, load, and availability is essential.
• Excellent communication and mentoring abilities are required.
• A relevant degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related fields is mandatory.
• Familiarity with MLOps practices and deployment pipelines for AI-driven products is preferred.
• Past experience in payments or FinTech is also preferred.
