Requirements:

Candidates must have 5+ years of experience with programming languages such as Java, Python, or Golang, with a preference for Golang.
A proven track record of mentoring junior team members is essential.
Experience with AWS and familiarity with services like EKS, Aurora, Lambda, S3, and API Gateway is required.
Knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes is necessary.
A strong understanding of software architecture and experience in building scalable microservices is needed.
Familiarity with security best practices, including cryptography and secure system design, is important.
Experience with automated testing to ensure software quality is required.
Agile experience with Scrum or Kanban methodologies is preferred.
A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred, though relevant experience is highly valued.
