Requirements:

Candidates must have 7+ years of professional software engineering experience with a track record of delivering high-impact technical projects.
Strong proficiency in modern frontend frameworks such as TypeScript and SolidJS/React is required.
Deep experience with developer tooling, including build systems, bundlers, testing frameworks, package managers, and CI/CD pipelines, is essential.
Proven ability to modernize large, complex codebases and design for long-term maintainability is necessary.
Experience in organizing and leading projects that involve multiple engineers is required.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to balance short-term improvements with strategic solutions are essential.
Candidates should be collaborative communicators who can effectively partner across teams and mentor engineers.
