Atria Health is seeking a Senior Software Engineer for the Data Engineering team to support engineering efforts across data infrastructure, pipelines, and analytics platforms.
This role involves designing and building scalable data systems, mentoring engineers, and collaborating with product teams to deliver reliable data for insights and decision-making.
The position will enable Atria’s long-term research ambitions and assist physicians in deriving novel clinical insights.
The role includes ownership of complex data initiatives from design through implementation while establishing best practices for the engineering organization.
Requirements:
Candidates must have 7+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 3 years focused on data engineering.
Deep experience with cloud data platforms, such as Snowflake and BigQuery, is required.
Proficiency with data pipeline orchestration tools like Airflow or Dagster is necessary.
Strong SQL skills and experience with data modeling and warehouse design are essential.
Experience with data transformation tools such as dbt or Spark is required.
Candidates should demonstrate the ability to lead technical initiatives and influence without direct authority.
Excellent communication skills are necessary to translate complex technical concepts for varied audiences.
