Description:

  • Join G-P, a leading SaaS-based Global Employment Platform, as a Senior Software Engineer focusing on the AI-native Data Platform.
  • Design self-service frameworks and high-performance engines to support products and AI workflows, ensuring efficient scaling and data reliability.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in building and operating production-grade data systems at scale.
  • Expertise in the Databricks/Spark ecosystem, including Delta Lake and performance tuning.
  • Proven experience with real-time/streaming architectures (e.g., Spark Structured Streaming, Kafka).
  • Strong background in managing and optimizing cloud costs in a high-growth environment.
  • Experience in building APIs, tools, or frameworks for internal engineering teams.
