Description:

Own ecommerce features or product lines from concept to production.
Write backend services in Python and Go, with some PHP involvement.
Engage in frontend development as needed.
Communicate with users, prototype quickly, and determine MVP criteria.
Make scope and trade-off decisions within the team and validate with the wider group.
Advocate for product quality focusing on reliability and performance.

Requirements:

5+ years of software development experience with demonstrable impact.
Proficient in Python and Go; comfortable with PHP and frontend work.
Experience in SaaS or B2B environments with an understanding of multi-tenant products.
Strong product instincts with the ability to adapt based on data.
Comfortable working in small, autonomous teams with minimal processes.
Excellent written communication skills.
Nice to have: ecommerce experience, early-stage startup experience, or familiarity with email/CRM/marketing automation.
