Description:

Design, develop, implement, and maintain ServiceNow AIOps and Event Management solutions.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design effective ITOM solutions.

Requirements:

5.5+ years of experience in ServiceNow AIOps, Event Management, and ITOM.
Strong development experience with JavaScript, Glide APIs, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and Script Includes.
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Event Management and alert correlation capabilities.
Experience integrating ServiceNow with monitoring tools like SolarWinds, Dynatrace, or AppDynamics.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; ServiceNow certifications are a plus.
