Remote Senior Software Engineer, Energy Systems

• Seeking a Senior Software Engineer to develop backend systems for a software-native power plant and automated trading desk.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of software development experience, particularly in backend engineering.
• Proficiency in at least one backend web framework (e.g., Flask, Django), cloud service (e.g., AWS), and RDBMS (e.g., PostgreSQL).
• Experience in designing scalable systems and building resilient services.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Open-mindedness and compassion for collaborative environments.
• Curiosity about using tools to enhance engineering skills, including AI-based development tools.
