Description:

  • Affirm is seeking a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer for the Acquisition & Onboarding team to drive technical direction and enhance full stack development.
  • The role involves mentoring engineers, defining long-term technical strategy, and building user experiences that impact conversion and retention.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of software engineering experience with significant mobile initiatives (React Native or native).
  • Proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript, and experience with backend systems using Python, Kotlin, AWS, MySQL, and Kubernetes.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
