Description:

  • Join Fuze Health as a Senior Full Stack Engineer on the Care Team to enhance pharmacy experiences for patients.
  • Focus on prescription processing, automation, and partner configurations to improve healthcare delivery.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
  • 10+ years of software engineering experience in high volume environments.
  • Expertise in Backend or Full Stack technologies and system architecture.
  • Proven track record in technical best practices and resilient systems.
  • Preferred: Experience with supply chain optimization, Alto's tech stack (Rails, Python, PostgreSQL), and predictive ML models.

Benefits:

  • Salary range: $148,000-$185,000 with flexible vacation and paid sick time.
