Description:

EverOps is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join a critical customer team, focusing on high-quality delivery and security in the Identity and Access Management (IAM) domain.
The role requires managing projects autonomously, strong communication skills, and a deep technical understanding of building and testing robust, scalable, and secure applications.
Key responsibilities include leading the design and implementation of unit and integration tests for Go applications, performing thorough code reviews, architecting and maintaining testing environments, developing automation tools, applying IAM principles to ensure security compliance, and driving code quality across the team.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 7+ years of professional software engineering experience.
Expert-level command of Go (Golang) is required as the primary programming language.
A proven history of building robust and scalable testing frameworks, with expertise in writing comprehensive unit and integration tests, is essential.
Demonstrable experience working on applications within the Identity or Security domains is necessary.
High proficiency in Bash scripting for automation and comfort operating in Linux/macOS environments is required.
Strong understanding and hands-on experience with Docker is essential.
Candidates must demonstrate ownership and a commitment to project success.
The ability to design and deliver full projects considering user interaction is required.
Good judgment in prioritizing tasks and delegating appropriately is necessary.
