Description:

  • Nomad is transforming the long-term rental community by providing guaranteed rent for property owners and a better rental experience for residents.
  • The Engineering team builds the platform for guaranteed rent, owner dashboards, and operational tools, focusing on fast shipping and ownership of outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Significant experience in software engineering, particularly with Typescript+React, Ruby+Rails, and PostgreSQL.
  • Strong systems thinking abilities and experience in modern testing philosophies.
  • Ability to work across the stack and take initiative in managing work without close direction.
  • Experience in a startup or high-growth environment is preferred.
