Description:

  • Leadership Connect is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to contribute to the LCI platform, focusing on the Ariadne product.
  • Responsibilities include designing, implementing, and shipping features across backend services in Kotlin/Spring Boot and a React/TypeScript frontend.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with production systems.
  • Strong backend fundamentals, including API design and operational thinking.
  • Production experience in Kotlin (preferred) or another JVM language, and with Spring Boot.
  • Experience with React, TypeScript, microservices architecture, and authentication systems.
  • Familiarity with event-driven systems, relational databases (PostgreSQL preferred), and B2B SaaS.
