The Senior Software Engineer will develop AI and automation systems to enhance clinical and business operations, collaborating with various teams to identify automation opportunities and improve efficiency.

Requirements:

1+ years of experience in building AI systems in production, including LLM integrations and AI-powered workflows.
Proficient in TypeScript, with full-stack capabilities across frontend, backend, data, and infrastructure.
Proven ability to deliver high-quality code, UI, and documentation independently.
Experience as an early employee, solo tech lead, or founder, demonstrating the ability to work without a detailed roadmap.
Familiarity with AI tools in personal development workflows.
Preferred: Experience in healthcare or HIPAA compliance, data pipelines (BigQuery, ETL), or CRM integrations (Salesforce, HubSpot).
