Description:

  • Join NiCE as a Senior Software Engineer to build scalable enterprise software and leverage AI technologies.
  • Own significant product capabilities from design to production, mentor engineers, and influence architectural decisions.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in software engineering, particularly in Java backend development (Spring, Hibernate, RESTful services).
  • Experience with AI development tools and a strong interest in applying AI in software engineering workflows.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to navigate ambiguity.
