Remote Senior Software Engineer

Description:

• Novara provides safety and operational risk management software to help organizations proactively manage risks and maintain a safe workplace.
• The Senior Software Engineer will develop the Flex platform, focusing on compliance programs and real-time safety information management.

Requirements:

• Senior-level software engineering experience.
• Proficiency in Node.js and Typescript/Javascript.
• Experience with modern web technologies (Vue, React, etc.).
• Familiarity with AI tools for development processes.
• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design.
• Debugging and performance optimization skills.
• Knowledge of cloud infrastructure and CI/CD practices.
• Familiarity with relational databases and SQL.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.

Benefits:

• Annual base salary range of $130k-$150k.
• Annual bonus opportunity of 10%.
