Requirements:

At least 3 years of professional Rails development experience with a focus on performance challenges.
Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, including configuration and deployment management.
Experience with cloud infrastructure, containerization (Docker), and CI/CD pipeline management.
Basic frontend development skills in JavaScript/CSS.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Ability to work collaboratively in a close-knit team environment.
