Remote Senior Software Engineer

Description:

• Join Sibill to redesign the financial operating system for SMEs and accountants in Italy.
• Work on the entire product development cycle, designing, developing, and improving features used daily by clients.

Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years of software development experience.
• Full stack development experience with interest in functional programming (Elixir, TypeScript, Python).
• Experience with databases, storage services, and data architectures.
• Familiarity with AI tools to enhance speed and quality.
• Business acumen to build solutions that improve client lives and company growth.
• Experience in cross-functional teams, preferably in startups or fast-growing companies.
• Proficient in Italian and English.
