Description:

• Lead a cross-functional delivery team for a high-throughput payment orchestration platform.
• Balance team leadership with hands-on coding, delivering key features end-to-end.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• Experience leading teams of 6+ engineers or strong tech leadership experience.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Demonstrated end-to-end delivery ownership and proactive mindset.
• Experience in Agile environments and modern engineering practices.
• Strong understanding of APIs and system integration.
• Hands-on experience with Perl, C, or Java, or willingness to learn Perl.
• Upper-Intermediate English level.
• Willingness to travel to Zagreb office (twice per quarter).
