Description:

  • Remote Senior Software Engineer position at WorkMotion, focusing on backend services and contributing to frontend development.

Requirements:

  • 5–6+ years of software engineering experience with a strong backend focus and frontend exposure.

  • Experience with AI coding tools like Cursor and Claude Code, and strong understanding of TDD and clean code principles.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
