The platform allows users to explore and act on data using various methods such as AI, spreadsheets, SQL, or point-and-click.

As a Pre-Sales Solutions Engineer, you will become an expert in the Omni platform and empower customers to maximize their data usage throughout their lifecycle.
You will work with companies across various industries, regions, and sizes, learning and discovering new use cases and needs.
Your role will involve advocating for users and shaping product direction by sharing field experiences and feedback.
Responsibilities include partnering with the sales team to provide technical expertise, building and presenting Proofs of Concept, transitioning trials into successful customers, and collaborating with Product, Design, and Engineering teams.

Requirements:

You must have 7+ years of experience in data analytics and/or a technical pre-sales role.
Strong SQL skills are required, specifically using SQL for analytics.
Experience in a client-facing role is essential, along with a desire to work closely with customers.
You should possess exceptional consultative communication skills that cater to both technical and non-technical audiences.
A passion for working with data is necessary.
You should have a love for learning and an enthusiasm for helping and teaching others.
Prior experience with business intelligence and/or enterprise data analytics tools is preferred, with modeled BI experience (such as Looker) being a plus.
