Description:

Represent customer needs throughout the product and design lifecycle, from discovery to adoption.
Apply and adapt research techniques for specific project needs and engage with customers to understand their unique requirements.
Partner with Product Managers and Designers to influence product strategy and validate design direction through various testing methods.
Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to generate strategic insights and communicate findings through user segments and personas.

Requirements:

Experience integrating AI into work processes and decision-making.
Solid experience in customer-centered research techniques and executing research studies.
A portfolio showcasing research that influenced insights or experiences, including methodologies and visualizations.
Preferred: 5+ years of customer-centered research experience, strong questioning skills for technical and business users, knowledge of usability evaluation techniques, and excellent presentation skills.

Base pay range of $128,900 - $219,100, plus equity and variable compensation.
