Description:

Otte Polo Group seeks a high-performance SEO Lead to build, execute, measure, and scale SEO as a revenue channel.
The role involves leading a small team of SEO specialists while being hands-on in execution.

Requirements:

3+ years of SEO experience in a growth-focused environment with a proven track record of scaling organic traffic.
Strong WordPress experience and deep understanding of technical SEO, on-page optimization, keyword intent strategy, and conversion optimization.
Experience in leading or mentoring SEO team members and strong analytical skills (Google Analytics, GSC, Ahrefs/Semrush).

Full ownership of the organic growth channel with direct impact on revenue.
