Description:

Lead end-to-end client projects across web, mobile, AI-native, and emerging product surfaces.
Translate ambiguous briefs into structured delivery and working prototypes, ensuring timely shipping of products.
Collaborate with design and engineering leads while owning the delivery system.
Present work clearly to clients and internal teams, maintaining scope, budget, and quality.
Utilize AI tools and agents to enhance workflow and accelerate client outcomes.
Build, test, and maintain skills, agents, and workflows, feeding learnings back to R&D.

Requirements:

Experience in project delivery at a digital product agency, studio, or consultancy, preferably in a Senior or Lead role.
Background in product delivery at a startup, scale-up, or large organization is a plus.
Proven ability to manage projects end-to-end, including prioritization, sequencing, and scope management.
Experience in building AI tools, skills, or automated workflows that operate independently.
Strong ownership of outcomes, maintaining product, user, and technical context across teams.
Excellent judgment on project priorities and focus on solving the right problems.
Passionate about the evolving role of AI in product delivery with a personal perspective on its effectiveness.
Willingness to collaborate with R&D to integrate findings into broader organizational practices.
