Description:

  • Join the ServiceNow Security Organization (SSO) as a Senior Staff Security Incident Commander to lead incident response strategy and communications during critical security incidents.
  • Support the Major Security Incidents (MSI) lifecycle, including preparation, response, and recovery, ensuring effective management of high-risk security events.

Requirements:

  • 12+ years of cybersecurity experience, with 5-8+ years in incident response/management.
  • Strong communication skills to convey complex topics to diverse audiences.
  • Experience in leading complex security incidents to resolution.
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity principles and frameworks (e.g., MITRE ATT&CK) and experience with tabletop exercises is a plus.
  • Ability to assess situations quickly, prioritize risks, and make sound decisions.
