Description:
Join the ServiceNow Security Organization (SSO) as a Senior Staff Security Incident Commander to lead incident response strategy and communications during critical security incidents.
Support the Major Security Incidents (MSI) lifecycle, including preparation, response, and recovery, ensuring effective management of high-risk security events.
Requirements:
12+ years of cybersecurity experience, with 5-8+ years in incident response/management.
Strong communication skills to convey complex topics to diverse audiences.
Experience in leading complex security incidents to resolution.
Familiarity with cybersecurity principles and frameworks (e.g., MITRE ATT&CK) and experience with tabletop exercises is a plus.
Ability to assess situations quickly, prioritize risks, and make sound decisions.
