Description:

  • Seeking a Software Engineer 3 (SRE) for the Infrastructure & Reliability Engineering team at JumpCloud.
  • Focus on platform resilience, ensuring high availability, performance, and operational maturity across production systems.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in SRE, DevOps, or Platform Engineering for 24/7 systems.
  • Proficiency in Python/Go for SRE tools and automation.
  • Experience with Kubernetes, Terraform, and cloud architecture (AWS/GCP).
  • Knowledge of FinOps, disaster recovery, observability, and incident management.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset.
